This is the core of what I do. I build websites and web applications that are fast, clean, and built to rank — not just to look good in a screenshot. The scope ranges from a professional business website for a Kanpur retailer or clinic to a full-stack web application with complex backend logic, user authentication, and third-party integrations. I work with Laravel, PHP, WordPress, and JavaScript depending on what the project actually needs. What I don't do is build sites on bloated page builders that slow down over time and become unmaintainable. Everything I write is code I'd be comfortable having another developer audit. I build cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter — one codebase that runs natively on both iOS and Android. This is the right approach for most businesses because you get a single development and maintenance cycle instead of two separate projects. The apps feel native, perform well, and are significantly cheaper to build and update than maintaining separate iOS and Android codebases. I've built Flutter apps that sync with Laravel backends in real time, handle payments, manage user accounts, and work offline when needed. A lot of businesses are spending hours every week on tasks that can be automated — data entry, report generation, follow-up emails, document processing, lead routing, customer support responses. I build AI-powered workflows that eliminate this. The tools I use include OpenAI's API for natural language tasks, Zapier for connecting systems that don't talk to each other natively, and custom-built integrations when off-the-shelf tools hit their limits. Building a SaaS product is a different kind of challenge from building a regular website. Multi-tenancy, subscription billing, role-based access, usage limits, onboarding flows, API design — all of this needs to be thought through at the architecture level before a line of code is written, because fixing it later is expensive. I've built SaaS products from scratch and taken over existing codebases that needed restructuring. Projects like Let's Calendar, HRBingo, and AMRIOP are all SaaS platforms I've architected and built. A good application running on badly configured infrastructure will still fail. I set up and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Firebase — EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 for storage, load balancers, auto-scaling groups, CloudFront for CDN, and environment configuration that's consistent across staging and production. At Cityfurnish I deployed and managed AWS infrastructure across multiple applications handling real commercial traffic. I also handle the things developers often leave until the last minute: SSL certificates, domain configuration, environment variables, cron jobs, and server monitoring. Sometimes you don't need someone to build something — you need someone to tell you what to build, what's wrong with what you already have, or whether the technical decisions your team is making are the right ones. I've worked as a technical lead and project manager, which means I think about engineering decisions in terms of business outcomes, not just code elegance. I do architecture reviews, code audits, tech stack assessments, hiring help (evaluating developers for your team), and ongoing advisory for founders who don't have a CTO but need senior technical input. I've also worked closely with non-technical founders to help them understand what they're being quoted for, whether the scope is reasonable, and what questions to ask their development team.
