Who this applies to
“I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Prashant Singh, the person who owns and runs this website. “You” refers to anyone visiting or using it.
Content ownership
The articles, guides, code snippets, images, and design on this site are mine unless stated otherwise (screenshots of third-party tools or quoted material stay the property of their original owners). You’re welcome to read, share, and link to anything here. You’re not welcome to:
- Republish full articles elsewhere without asking first
- Sell or license my content as your own
- Strip out attribution and pass off tutorials or code as your own written work
If you want to quote a section or reference a guide in your own work, a link back is appreciated, and honestly, usually all I’d ask for anyway. Email me if you want to use something more substantial.
Comments and feedback
If comments are open on a post and you leave one, you’re responsible for what you write. I don’t pre-screen comments, but I do remove ones that are spam, abusive, or clearly off-topic. Comments reflect the views of whoever posted them, not mine.
Links to other sites
Some posts link to external documentation, tools, or other resources. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for what’s on them, whether they stay accurate, or how they handle your data once you leave here.
No guarantees
The tutorials, code, and technical guides on this site are based on what worked for me at the time I wrote them. Software changes fast. A command that worked on Laravel 10 might behave differently on Laravel 12, and a VPS setup guide from last year might need tweaks on a newer Ubuntu release. Test anything from this site in a safe environment before running it on production systems. I’m not liable for damage, data loss, or downtime that results from using information published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms occasionally. If I do, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
